If you are looking for more of an armchair ride with not quite such high maintenance as the hotter blooded horses, then these beautiful cobs may be for you.

Having said that, the cobs are not plods either. They are lovely young horses of 4 yrs old that we have taken the time to bring on slowly.

These chaps have all been started properly, including being long reined, and we are sure they will give many years of good service to the right home.

Indie

4 y.o. Piebald, Traditional Cob standing a full-up 14.2 hh who is broken and going. He has a lovely nature and is good to handle in all ways. He is well up to weight.

Indie works in the school and hacks out alone and in company. He is a compact little horse with lovely markings and really good feather, mane and tail. This chap will make a super little show horse in traditional in-hand and ridden class.

Indie has been shown a couple of times this season and has behaved impeccably. He was placed in hand both times, with a second place in a CHAPS qualifier at Mundole in May. He also went in the ridden class for the experience.

He hacks alone or in company and is getting quite fit now.

Good to shoe and travels well alone or with company.

Bobby Jo

Super 4 y.o. lightweight riding cob of approx 15.2 h.h., with excellent temperament and movement. Despite his young years, he has a really sensible head on him. He hacks alone or in company  and is used by some clients who have all adored him.

Bobby Jo has taken part in a SERC pleasure ride, which he really enjoyed and he works well in the school at walk, trot and canter. He is a very comfortable horse to ride.

He is good to handle and was clipped this winter by myself without even a headcollar on him. He is also good to shoe, box, catch and travel.

Bobby Jo has been jumping this year and has a really good style over a fence. He has popped natural and coloured fences and would be excellent for hunting as he looks for the fence but does not get too lit up.

Solli

This is the littlest chap of the lot, but with lots of personality. He has been backed and ridden away and is now about 14.3 h.h. but should grow on quite a bit more now that the grass is coming on. He is very cute. He was a late foal of his year and so is probably 6 months behind the others.

He is very smart and has excellent light movement. Great to hack out either on his own or with others and happy in all paces in the school. He also has a really good jump in him.
